How to use:

As a toner: After cleansing with Herbal Balancing Oil Cleanser, dispense a teaspoon amount of toner onto a reuseable cotton pad or washcloth. Pat onto face, neck and décolletage. Can also be used any time skin needs a pick-me-up or to remove excess dirt and makeup (not to be used to remove eye makeup)

As a cleanser: Saturate a reuseable cotton pad and wipe over the face to dissolve impurities and remove makeup
Avoid the eye area
